Return Policies

We definitely want you ALL to be happy with the products that you purchase from our store. However, if you're not satisfied with them, please follow the return policies listed below.

 Store Return Policy (For purchases made in-store ONLY)

  • All REGULAR priced merchandise can be brought back to the store for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT within 7 days of purchase. 
  • We DO NOT provide ANY cash, debit or credit card refunds.
  • Proof of purchase MUST be provided.
  • All footwear MUST be UNWORN, UNDAMAGED and returned with its ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
  • All accessories MUST have original tags still attached and MUST be returned with ORIGINAL PACKAGING (ex. dust bags, extra straps etc.)
  • All SALE and/or DISCOUNTED merchandise are FINAL SALE (no exchanges or store credits will be provided).

 

Online Return Policy (For purchases made online ONLY)

  • All REGULAR priced merchandise can be mailed back to the store for EXCHANGE or ONLINE CREDIT within 14 days of receipt of purchase (when you receive the product).
  • We DO NOT provide any cash, debit or credit card refunds.
  • All returns have to be APPROVED and accompanied with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To receive an RA#, please follow the procedure below.
  • Any returns that were NOT authorized will NOT be accepted.
  • All footwear MUST be UNWORN, UNDAMAGED and returned with its ORIGINAL PACKAGING (ex. box, packaging, shoe bags etc.).
  • All accessories MUST have original tags still attached and MUST be returned with ORIGINAL PACKAGING (ex. dust bags, extra straps etc.)
  • Any products that are deemed NOT to be in perfect condition will NOT be accepted. These products will be shipped back at the expense of the customer.
  • All return shipping charges and the shipping charges of an exchange ARE the sole responsibility of the customer. Any packages labeled C.O.D will NOT be accepted.
  • We are NOT responsible for any damages that may have been INCURRED nor are we responsible for any products LOST during transit. Therefore, it is best to insure the product and to also get a tracking number, in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
  • All SALE and/or DISCOUNTED merchandise are FINAL SALE (no exchanges or online credits will be provided).

 

How to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#)?

If you are within the 14 day return period you can email us at maxsfootwearandcobbler@gmail.com for a Return Authorization Number. *NOTE: Any returns without an accompanied RA# will NOT be accepted*

  1. Email us at maxsfootwearandcobbler@gmail.com
  2. In the email, please indicate your order ID, name, and the name and size of the product you would like to return.
  3. Also, please indicate whether you would like to exchange your size for a different size, for a different product, or for a store credit. If the size or product that you want to exchange for is NOT available then an online credit will be provided.
  4. Mail the product back to us. Please be sure to read our Return Policies to ensure that you have met all the guidelines.
